Refund and Return

1. Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@myheva.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
